Healthy Arizona Worksites Program

The Healthy Arizona Worksites Program (HAWP) provides tools, information, technical assistance, and resources to design, implement, and evaluate healthy worksite initiatives throughout Arizona. Evidence-based healthy worksite initiatives have been shown to reduce costs associated with health care, absenteeism and presenteeism. In addition, they have been linked to increased productivity as healthy employees have been shown to be more productive.

Catywampus worked with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health to evolve the HAWP identity and produce a marketing strategy to disseminate program information across the state.  Elements included an awards program kit, social media tips, a complete website overhaul, myriad topical print materials, landing pages, and an online toolkit builder that allows users to produce their own worksite health improvement plan.
